How is PolyBak made?
PolyBak is manufactured by impregnating Kraft liner board with a polymer resin using a proprietary system. This resin system contains no formaldehyde. The finished product does not emit any detectable volatile compounds. |
Storing PolyBak
With proper storage, PolyBak is a stable product with an unlimited shelf life. PolyBak should be stored in a cool, dry location. |
Laminating Procedures
PolyBak is bondable to various substrates, particleboard, MDF, etc., using most standard cold setting adhesives such as PVA or contact cement. PolyBak Ultra has a thermoset glue coating for bonding with heat. |
